How to Submit Events

We invite you to submit your art events to our calendar. Basic calendar listings are free. There is no limit to the number of listings you may submit, however, we reserve the right to refuse any listing. Each listing will remain live for at least one year.

As a subscriber you may submit events directly into our system for approval. This accelerates the process and assures your listing shall, upon approval, be on the site within 24 to 48 hours. You may also place us on your mailing list and email press releases and images for our staff to post on your behalf. Please send event information and images to bill@gramercypartners.biz.

How to get the most from your Calendar Listing

There are several options to help you maximize your exposure: Basic, Premium and Featured Event. Here are brief descriptions and pricing for each option.

Basic

• Event title links to a full description complete with image (see example below)

• Venue includes a detail popup and link to a full venue listing with description and map (see example below)

• All Basic listings are free upon approval

Here's a sample Basic listing:

 

Premium

• Event title links to a full description complete with image (see example below)

• Venue includes a detail popup and link to a full venue listing with description and map (see example below)

• Calendar listing features additional copy and an image for increased visibility

• Introductory rates: $249 per year for up to 10 Premium listings; $25 per additional Premium listing; $495 per year for unlimited Premium listings

Featured Event

• Requires a Premium subscription

• Event title links to a full description complete with image (see example below)

• Venue includes a detail popup and link to a full venue listing with description and map (see example below)

• Distinct calendar listing layout labeled “Featured Event,” with expanded copy, large image and background color for maximum exposure

• Listed in the Featured site-wide menu for the week prior to event start date (see example)

• Introductory rate: $99 per Featured listing, plus Premium subscription

Full Event Description

Each event title links to a full description complete with image. This is included at no charge with Basic, Premium and Featured Events listings.

Full Venue Description

Each Venue links to a full description complete with logo and listing of ongoing and upcoming events at the venue. You may also, if applicable, include a list of artist represented. This is included at no charge with Basic, Premium and Featured Events listings.
